Steal my monthly LinkedIn routine
I’ve been on LinkedIn for probably 10 years already.
I opened my profile while I was in college.
But I didn’t pay much attention to it.
To be honest, things got more serious last year when I decided to put more effort into it.
And I admit.
I was struggling at the beginning.
What should I post?
When should I post?
Who should I connect to?
How to get more followers?
How to get better reach with my posts?
The struggle went on for a couple of months.
Until I decided to post daily for 30 days straight.
Suddenly my posts reached 10,000 instead of 1,000 people.
People started following me.
People who recognized my added value started DMing me if I could help them.
The snowball effect was in motion.
But I knew I needed to step up my game.
At the beginning of this year, I decided to take LinkedIn even more seriously as I knew it could become an additional source of income.
However, I knew I needed to set up a system to be as efficient as possible.
The only way I could do it was Linkedin to become my daily habit.
I decided I would spend at least 1 hour a day building my LinkedIn network.
This meant 7 hours a week, 28 hours a month.
The struggle was real at the beginning.
However, once I formed a system, I became quicker in writing and saved many hours.
Today I want to share my system with you.
The system that helps me reach 150,000 – 200,000 people a month.
The system helps me grow my network to 3,000 – 5,000 followers a month.
The system that helps me get 5-10 leads per day.
👉 I save all of my ideas for posts on my phone/computer. The best ideas can come when you least expect them so you need to be prepared.
👉 I outline my content plan month in advance. I know this seems like a lot of work but once you put all these ideas in one place it’s much easier. I use ClickUp to prepare my content plan.
👉 I take 3-4 hours each weekend to write my content. Usually, that’s in the morning when my head is fresh and I still have a lot of focus.
👉 I curate my content plan each week. This means I would set up my posts on Sunday for the next week.
👉 Each week I try to deliver different post formats: 2 carousels, 2 image posts, and 3 text posts. It’s important to test different formats to see what performs for you best.
👉 I don’t schedule posts in advance as I don’t post each day at the same time, but I did form a daily routine for my LinkedIn.
👉 Before posting I always reply to all comments (at least I try to) on my previous posts.
👉 Then I publish my post for that day.
👉 After posting I engage with other creators’ content. I set up my engagement list of my favorite creators with Folk app as it takes me literally seconds to add new creators to the list. If you missed how I set up my LinkedIn engagement list, you can read the post here.
👉 LinkedIn loves creators who engage with other content, that’s why I repeat the engagement process 4-5 times a day. My goal is to add 90 comments per day.
👉 I add 10 meaningful connections in my industry.
👉 I accept interesting connection requests and message each one of them with a personalized message. That’s how I form new relationships on Linkedin.
This system itself helped me get the following results in March:
✅ Reached more than 300,000 people
✅ Got more than 11,000 reactions to my posts
✅ Got more than 1,200 comments
✅ 101 people shared my content

(Yes I cheated and posted only 24 times last month 👀)
And what’s best, I got 500 new newsletter subscribers and more than 100 leads straight into my DMs.
Consistency can lead to powerful results.
Don’t just think about starting, start and test and the results will come.
